How beautiful on the mountains
are the feet of him who brings good news,<\/strong>
who publishes peace,
who brings good news,<\/strong>
who proclaims salvation,
who says to Zion, \u201cYour God reigns!\u201d<\/strong>
\u2014 Isaiah 52:7<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Invitatory<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth!
Burst out and sing for joy; yes, sing praises!<\/strong>
Sing praises to the Lord with the harp,
with the harp and the voice of melody.<\/strong>
With trumpets and sound of the ram\u2019s horn,
make a joyful noise before the King, the Lord.<\/strong>
Let the sea roar with its fullness;
the world, and those who dwell therein.<\/strong>
Let the rivers clap their hands.
Let the mountains sing for joy together.<\/strong>
Let them sing before the Lord,
for he comes to judge the earth.<\/strong>
He will judge the world with righteousness,
and the peoples with equity.<\/strong>

Cruciform<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was in the world, and the world was made through him,
and the world did not recognize him.<\/strong>
He came to his own,
and his own did not receive him.<\/strong>
But as many as received him,
to them he gave the right to become God\u2019s children,<\/strong>
to those who believe in his name:
who were born not of blood,
nor of the will of the flesh,<\/strong>
nor of the will of man,
but of God.<\/strong>

Dimissory<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

My soul proclaims the greatness of the Lord,
and my spirit rejoices in God my Saviour;<\/strong>
for he has looked with favour on his lowly servant;
from this day all generations will call me bless\u00e8d.<\/strong>
The Almighty has done great things for me,
and holy is his Name.<\/strong>
He has mercy on those who fear him
throughout all generations.<\/strong>
He has shown the strength of his arm;
he has scattered the proud in the imagination of their hearts.<\/strong>
He has cast down the mighty from their thrones,
and has lifted up the humble and meek.<\/strong>
He has filled the hungry with good things,
and the rich he has sent empty away.<\/strong>
He has come to the help of his servant Israel,
for he has remembered his promise of mercy:<\/strong>
the promise he made to our forebears,
to Abraham and his seed for ever.<\/strong>
