Cross<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Blessed is the one who does not walk 
in the counsel of the wicked, 
nor stand on the path of sinners,<\/strong>
nor sit in the seat of scoffers;<\/strong> 
but his delight is in the law of the Lord. 
On his law he meditates day and night.<\/strong> 
He will be like a tree planted by the streams of water, 
that produces its fruit in its season,<\/strong> 
whose leaf also does not wither. 
Whatever he does shall prosper.<\/strong> 
The wicked are not so, 
but are like the chaff which the wind drives away.<\/strong> 
Therefore the wicked shall not stand in the judgement, 
nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.<\/strong> 
For the Lord knows the way of the righteous, 
but the way of the wicked shall perish.<\/strong>

Invitatory<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Come, let us sing to the Lord; 
let us shout for joy to the Rock of our salvation.<\/strong> 
Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving 
and raise a loud shout to him with psalms.<\/strong> 
For the Lord is a great God, 
and a great King above all gods.<\/strong> 
In his hand are the caverns of the earth, 
and the heights of the hills are his also.<\/strong> 
The sea is his, for he made it, 
and his hands have moulded the dry land.<\/strong> 
Come, let us bow down, and bend the knee, 
and kneel before the Lord our Maker.<\/strong> 
For he is our God, 
and we are the people of his pasture<\/strong>
and the sheep of his hand. 
Oh, that today you would hearken to his voice!<\/strong>

Cruciform<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, 
and whose confidence is in the Lord.<\/strong> 
For he will be as a tree planted by the waters, 
who spreads out its roots by the river,<\/strong> 
and will not fear when heat comes, 
but its leaf will be green,<\/strong> 
and will not be concerned in the year of drought. 
It will not cease from yielding fruit.<\/strong>

Christ has been raised from the dead. 
He became the first fruit of those who have fallen asleep.<\/strong>
